    • All product enquiries and purchases must go through an official Water Clear Global UK REPT or sales representative.
    • We do not process individual or small-quantity consumer orders. Water Clear Global UK is a bulk-supply distributor only.
    • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
    • All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Water Clear Global UK.
  2. Product Use
    • All products are designed for professional and commercial use in bulk water treatment settings.
    • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure products are used according to the product guidance and safety data sheets provided.
  3. Delivery
    • Delivery timelines are dependent on location, stock, and shipping arrangements made through your REPT.
    • We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, including customs, courier issues, or natural disruptions.
  4. Returns & Refunds
    • Due to the nature of the products and bulk distribution model, returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty goods.
    • Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by photographic evidence.
    • Refunds will be processed at the discretion of Water Clear Global UK.
  5. Liability
    • Water Clear Global UK will not be liable for any misuse of products, failure to follow usage instructions, or damage caused by improper handling or application.
    • We do not guarantee performance outside recommended use cases.
