Returns Eligibility
• Only unopened, unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
• All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through a verified Water Clear Global UK sales representative.

Non-Returnable Items
• Opened sachets or containers.
• Custom or special bulk orders.
• Products that have been tampered with or stored incorrectly.

Return Process
1. Contact your Water Clear Global UK sales representative with your order details.
2. If eligible, you will receive return instructions and a return reference.
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Refunds
• Once the returned items are received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
• Refunds will be made using the original method of payment, minus any delivery costs unless the return was due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
