Returns Eligibility
\u2022 Only unopened, unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
\u2022 All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
\u2022 Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through a verified Water Clear Global UK sales representative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Non-Returnable Items
\u2022 Opened sachets or containers.
\u2022 Custom or special bulk orders.
\u2022 Products that have been tampered with or stored incorrectly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Return Process
1. Contact your Water Clear Global UK sales representative with your order details.
2. If eligible, you will receive return instructions and a return reference.
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or sent in error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Refunds
\u2022 Once the returned items are received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
\u2022 Refunds will be made using the original method of payment, minus any delivery costs unless the return was due to an error on our part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
